Arm Noida is hiring a Memory IP Engineer to design, margin, characterize, verify, and release memory instances, including SRAM and register-file solutions. The role covers Verilog, Liberty, schematics, Lef, GDS, EDA tools, automation, and memory characterization, with a focus on high-speed, low-power, high-density memory for server, mobile, and IoT applications. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and 2–5 years of experience in memory design or characterization, along with knowledge of SRAM, digital circuits, device physics, scripting, and AI usage.
