Description
The Design Engineer (Primary) will prepare, review, and execute primary engineering activities for substation projects, including layout engineering, SLD preparation, equipment sizing, earthing, cable routing, lightning protection, and related calculations. The role coordinates with site execution, cluster, civil, structural, mechanical, and instrumentation teams; reviews drawings, vendor offers, documentation, and bills of material; and supports BIM 3D model development. Candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering and 4–7 years of experience in primary engineering for substations or power distribution projects.
