C. Sulberg Agrisolutions GmbH is hiring a Tooling Designer to develop and optimize 3D tooling for agricultural wear parts, including forging dies, cutting, calibration, and piercing tools, as well as auxiliary machining equipment. The role also covers product engineering data preparation, tool management, cost and quality improvements, and liaison work between Sales and Production. Candidates need an engineering or technician degree, at least two years of comparable experience, 2D and 3D design skills, tooling and heat-treatment knowledge, and fluent German and good English. The position reports to the Managing Director in Remscheid, offers permanent employment, 35 hours per week, and 30 days of vacation.
