The role supports road infrastructure projects through technical proposal preparation, design-brief requests, terms-of-reference analysis, subcontractor quotations, technical design and drawing development, documentation, verification, site visits, approvals, subcontractor coordination, and construction-phase technical assistance. It requires higher education in Railway, Road, and Bridge Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, design software and Microsoft skills, English, communication and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work under stress and extended schedules.
