Design Engineering Co-op — Mechanical Engineering at Boston Materials

Boston Materials is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and validate hardware supporting its liquid-metal thermal interface materials for advanced semiconductor and AI infrastructure applications. The role combines 3D CAD design, fabrication drawings, in-house metal fabrication, assembly, mechanical and thermal testing, data analysis, vendor coordination, and technical documentation. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, have SolidWorks proficiency, and demonstrate hands-on experience or strong interest in mechanical design, fabrication, and testing.
