Dyson is hiring a Design Engineer at its Global Development Centre in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role focuses on developing robust and manufacturable product designs, conducting tolerance and risk analyses, creating CAD models and technical specifications, building prototypes, and collaborating with manufacturing, testing, quality, and supplier teams. The position requires an engineering or science degree, at least two years of product design experience, knowledge of plastic injection moulding and tooling, DFMEA and PFMEA, 3D CAD, and strong communication skills.
