Description
The employer is recruiting a Design Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate design activity across a high-volume portfolio of specialist equipment, hoisting systems, hydrotherapy, and integrated-environment projects. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role owns design governance, team leadership, quality assurance, compliance, resource planning, change control, commercial decision-making, and the transition from design to delivery. The position is office-based in Wetherby with 1–2 days per week on site nationwide, pays £55,000–£65,000 per annum plus car or car allowance and bonus, and offers flexible working hours.
