TAT Technologies is hiring a Design Engineering Manager for its Tulsa site to lead and mentor mechanical/design engineers supporting aerospace heat exchanger product lines and MRO programs. The role oversees the full product lifecycle from requirements and CAD development through validation, certification compliance, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement, while collaborating cross-functionally with customers and internal teams. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, U.S. citizenship or Green Card, at least 5 years of relevant aerospace/thermal systems design experience, and strong CAD, reverse engineering, FAA regulatory, and documentation skills.
