Description
AALTO is hiring a Senior Manager, Design Engineering to lead its expanding multi-discipline design team in Farnborough. The role provides technical and people leadership across mechanical, electrical, and structural design and analysis; supports Zephyr platform design, certification, sustainment, and legacy-system improvement; and oversees engineering strategy, budgets, schedules, resources, compliance, and stakeholder management. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, experience leading technical leads and senior engineers, and approximately ten years of engineering design and analysis experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated industry.
