AECOM is seeking a Design Intern based in Roanoke, Virginia, with an expected start in January 2027. The intern will perform assignments that develop professional knowledge and abilities, follow senior-staff instructions, meet schedules, and produce quality work. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, have completed at least one year of study, and be eligible to apply as recent graduates pursuing a master’s degree. U.S. citizenship is required, while prior internship experience, communication skills, and AutoCAD and Revit experience are preferred. The role requires a hybrid schedule with scheduled in-office work in Roanoke, and relocation assistance and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship are unavailable.
