AKQA is hiring a Design Lead to guide a team of designers, shape the creative vision for a flagship digital product, and lead the evolution of complex design systems. The role requires hands-on leadership, mentorship, collaboration with UX, strategy, and development teams, and client-facing presentation of design solutions. It is remote in the United States, with Seattle-based candidates especially welcome and regularly scheduled onsite client visits and meetings. The base salary range is $75,000 to $180,000 USD.
