Description
Bixal is seeking a Design Lead to serve as the primary UX research and design authority for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) open-data platform, data.CMS.gov. The role leads human-centered design across the full product lifecycle, including user research, interaction and visual design, design systems, accessibility, visual QA, content strategy, and design-to-development collaboration. It is a full-time position contingent on contract award, with a defined performance period of up to five years, and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States excluding its territories. The salary range is $120,000–$135,000, and the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
