over99 is hiring a Head of Design to own and build the company’s end-to-end design function across product, brand, marketing, and content. The role includes defining a modern brand identity, leading UI/UX, social and performance marketing visuals, video, motion, and 3D content, managing freelance designers, building and scaling the design team, establishing design systems and review processes, and collaborating with product, marketing, and growth teams. The position is senior, remote-first, and requires prior experience in fast-moving environments, design-team building, and crypto, gaming, gambling, or Web3 contexts.
