Description
Oura is hiring a Design Leader of Software Design to lead the end-to-end experience of its member-facing mobile and web software products. The role manages and develops a multi-disciplinary design organization, mentors designers, sets a coherent design vision, stewards the design system, partners with Product and Engineering, and champions AI-enabled design workflows. It is a hands-on leadership position based in Helsinki with a hybrid work model and requires extensive software, product, or interaction design experience plus at least three years of UX team leadership.
