Galliford Try is hiring an experienced Design Manager for its Building London Southeast & Commercial business. The role is predominantly site based in London, supporting the design team out of Uxbridge, with occasional travel to the Uxbridge office during tenders. The manager will oversee end-to-end design processes for construction projects, appoint and manage consultants, coordinate design deliverables and CDP packages, manage risks and value engineering, ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and contract requirements, and align outputs to RIBA stages. Candidates should have new-build and refurbishment experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, hotel, and city-centre developments, construction/design education, and membership in CIOB, RIBA, or RICS.
