AECOM is hiring an experienced Design Manager for its Highways team in Perth to lead the design management and delivery of major highways and road infrastructure projects across Western Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The role manages multidisciplinary design teams, project scope, programme, commercial performance, technical delivery, client outcomes, stakeholder relationships, and project coordination across Perth, interstate, and global teams. It also involves mentoring project teams, contributing to business development, and supporting the Highways business. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work options, and requires relevant engineering qualifications and professional registration or a pathway toward registration.
