Description
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Design Manager – Roads to lead the delivery of major Queensland transport infrastructure projects, including TMR projects and design-and-construction programs. The role covers concept through detailed design, multidisciplinary coordination, technical leadership, compliance, risk and constructability, BIM and model-based delivery, team mentoring, and support for bids and client engagement. Candidates need at least 12 years of road or civil infrastructure design delivery experience, including TMR or equivalent transport authority projects, and strong commercial, stakeholder, and leadership capabilities.
