Description
Ares Technology is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the full design lifecycle and construction administration of mission-critical and data center projects. The role oversees multidisciplinary design coordination, BIM and Revit integration, power and cooling infrastructure, code compliance, submittals, RFIs, change orders, commissioning, project schedules and budgets, client and stakeholder engagement, and design-team leadership. Candidates should have experience managing multidisciplinary design for data centers or mission-critical facilities, knowledge of building systems and standards such as IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and Uptime Institute, and familiarity with BIM and Revit coordination.
