Description
Dura Vermeer Landelijke Projecten is hiring a Design Manager to lead the design phase of large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects, including Design & Construct and two-phase projects exceeding €100 million. The role manages an integrated multidisciplinary design team, coordinates stakeholders and clients, prepares and monitors design and tender strategies, and ensures buildability, time, budget, and quality objectives. Candidates need a completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering, relevant Design Manager or Design Lead experience, integrated project experience, knowledge of design software, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €6,512 to €9,512 based on 40 hours, plus benefits and a permanent contract option.
