GHD is hiring a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and design projects across mining, water/wastewater, properties and buildings, and transportation. The role oversees design execution, quality control, technical scope, schedules, budgets, change control, interdisciplinary coordination, and communication with project management, construction, and external stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of design-management experience in large multidisciplinary engineering teams, and at least 15 years of project or design experience in the business sector; BIM, scheduling software, capital cost estimating, and professional licensure are assets.
