Description
The Standard is hiring a Design Manager for its new Mexico City hotel to lead interior design and creative initiatives across guestrooms, suites, restaurants, bars, public areas, refurbishments, and live installations. The role partners with senior management, corporate design, engineering, and external consultants; develops scopes of work, manages RFPs and project timelines, oversees suppliers and procurement, ensures compliance and accurate documentation, and maintains design standards through walk-throughs and seasonal updates. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or hospitality project management, along with knowledge of Mexican regulations, FF&E procurement, budgeting, project management, and design software.
