Description
Joseph Joseph is hiring a Design Manager for its New Product Development team, initially focused on Cookshop and Cookware categories. The role owns complex consumer-product projects from concept through manufacture, manages prototypes, samples, quality checks, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, develops product briefs, collaborates with designers, engineers, and commercial teams, and ensures projects meet budgets, margins, and launch timelines. The position reports to the Senior Design Manager - Category Lead, mentors junior colleagues, and offers hybrid working with three office days and two days from home.
