Description
Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Engineering Design Manager to manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit datacenter design projects across the North-East Asia and APAC regions. The role leads architects, engineers, designers, internal teams, and external vendors through feasibility studies, permitting, construction, and turnover to operations, while supporting network growth and upgrades. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, technical knowledge of mission-critical environments, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience leading engineering teams and managing design and construction procurement and contracts.
