AECOM is hiring a Design Manager, Building Structures for its transport team to lead design coordination on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects involving roads and railways in Sweden. The role represents the design team to clients, coordinates internal and client meetings, manages interfaces and project changes, quality-assures documents, and contributes to business development. Candidates need an engineering degree or Master of Science, at least three years of project or design management experience on multidisciplinary building projects, strong English and Swedish, and experience with tender and construction documents, AMA Hus, and ABK09. The position offers a hybrid workplace with office, remote Swedish, or client-site work.
