The role oversees capacity planning, talent management, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, design standards, and collaboration with product, engineering, and organizational stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of related experience including 5 years in user experience, interaction design, product design, and research, and 3 years of managerial experience. The position offers a full-time remote salary of $139,455 to $188,676 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
