Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a BIM Manager to develop and implement BIM execution plans, establish modeling standards, manage model development across project phases, lead coordination and clash detection, integrate subcontractor models, oversee LOD and data integrity, support construction sequencing and progress tracking, deliver COBie and digital twins, and mentor BIM teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 8–10 years of BIM experience including 4–5 years on mission-critical or large infrastructure projects, and expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM tools.
