Description
The Swedish Transport Administration is seeking a Design Manager for the Västlänken Program’s Haga Project, Otterhällan Subproject. The role leads and coordinates design work for a complex rock tunnel project, manages design costs and budgets, oversees contractors and technical specialists, supports risk and regulatory compliance, and coordinates inspections and documentation. It is a consulting assignment in Gothenburg starting 2026-11-01 and lasting approximately 50% of full-time for one year, with a possible one-year extension. The position requires post-secondary education, at least three years of relevant design-management experience, strong Swedish language skills, and physical presence at the Swedish Transport Administration’s office.
