Description
NCC Teknik is hiring a Design Manager to plan, manage, and coordinate design assignments for infrastructure projects, including design-build and construction contracts. The role leads internal and external designers, specialists, and subcontractors; develops buildable and cost-effective solutions; reviews technical documents; documents design decisions and changes; and manages budgets and customer relationships. The position is permanent and based at NCC's head office in Solna, with travel and a requirement for a category B driver's license. Candidates need a Master of Science in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, at least ten years of relevant experience, and fluent Swedish.
