Description
Polène is recruiting a Design Manager - Special Projects to lead the design and development of special products, including charms, upcycling initiatives, objects, and gifts. The role manages two designers, oversees creative and product-development processes, collaborates with internal teams and workshops in Paris and Spain, and ensures technical specifications and delivery milestones are met. The position is based on-site in Polène’s Paris offices and requires at least five years of relevant design experience, creative leadership, leathercraft expertise, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and fluent English.
