Molex is hiring a Design Process Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) team. The role focuses on manufacturing readiness, capacity and process requirements, manufacturing solutions, feasibility and production-flow discussions, pilot builds, production trials, and launch execution. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field, experience with NPI, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering, cross-functional manufacturing experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and process development.
