Cushing Terrell is hiring a Design Professional to join its integrated architecture and engineering team and contribute to retail projects nationwide. The role develops design concepts, prepares construction documents, coordinates with architects, engineers, and specialists, ensures compliance with building codes and life-safety systems, and may lead architectural staff or perform project-architect duties. Candidates need a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, 4+ years of progressive architectural experience, CADD and Revit proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000, an annual performance bonus, and does not offer work-visa sponsorship.
