Cushing Terrell is hiring a Design Professional to act as a Job Captain and lead grocery and retail architecture projects from early design through construction. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates clients and multidisciplinary teams, prepares contract documents and cost estimates, inspects construction, administers contracts, directs architectural team members, and may supervise staff. Candidates need a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong client and project-management skills; an architect license is optional. The position pays $70,000 to $90,000 annually and is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
