Cushing Terrell is hiring a Building Envelope Design Professional, also described as a Roofing and Envelope Specialist, to develop roofing and building envelope design concepts, drawings, BIM models, and construction documents; analyze client issues; consult with project teams; inspect and administer small projects; and prepare contract documents and cost estimates. The role requires an architecture, construction engineering technology, or civil engineering degree, 0–8 years of relevant experience, construction administration experience, and proficiency with Revit, Auto CADD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Outlook. The expected salary is $55,000 to $80,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not offered.
