Description
Stripe is hiring a full-time Design Program Manager to partner with the Research organization and lead programs that scale research and user-insight use across the company. The role focuses on improving operating models, automating workflows, building and overseeing AI agents and custom tools, evaluating new tools and vendors, and coaching researchers and designers. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience in design thinking, research, user experience, or program management, along with hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or workflows.
