Description
The Design Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role includes contract and design-program review, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, change management, permitting, construction support, and management of design consultants. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of project management experience, and knowledge of industrial building design and construction; PE or NCARB certification and LEED accreditation are preferred.
