Description
The Design Project Manager supports the Director of Project Design in managing multifamily development and renovation projects from programming through procurement, installation, and closeout. The role coordinates interior designers, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, manufacturers, and other project teams; tracks schedules, budgets, FF&E procurement, design deliverables, and risks; reviews specifications, shop drawings, and submittals; and supports quality inspections and project closeout. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel to project sites.
