Description
The Quality Engineer develops and maintains inspection, testing, and sampling procedures; supports design control, regulatory compliance, post-market surveillance, risk assessments, CAPA investigations, equipment validation, and product/process transfers. The role also leads continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen, and DOE, and works with multifunctional teams to resolve quality and compliance issues. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field and two years of related experience are required.
