Description

Boston Scientific is hiring a Sustaining Design Quality Engineer III for its Arbor Lakes, Minnesota location to support design quality and quality assurance for medical electrical equipment and systems in Interventional Cardiology. The role owns design change projects, maintains design history and risk management documentation, develops verification and validation protocols, and supports PIR, CAPA, and NCEP resolution. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week on-site at the Arbor Lakes Campus in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with a minimum salary of $78,300 and a maximum salary of $148,800.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in design assurance, quality, or related medical device or regulated industry experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering
Experience with design control, risk management, and medical device standards compliance
Experience with corrective and preventive action
Adaptable and effective collaborator in a team environment and in self-directed work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
