This role involves performing quantity takeoffs using project plans, specifications, and digital tools, supporting bids and design-build efforts. The manager will maintain quantity workpapers, coordinate with engineers and cost control teams, and participate in quantity variance reviews. A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of engineering/estimating experience in heavy civil construction are required.
