IAV Group is seeking a Design Release Engineer – Thermal Systems in Novi, Michigan to design, develop, release, and validate thermal components and systems for vehicle programs, with strong integration across power electronics, battery, and control systems. The role involves supplier coordination, production launch support, design data and change control using OEM tools, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams in the automotive industry. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7–10 years of OEM or Tier 1 automotive experience, along with experience releasing production parts and working on thermal and EV-related systems.
