Description
MaintainX is hiring a Design Researcher to conduct end-to-end user research for its AI-first work execution platform. The role partners with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand maintenance technicians, facility managers, and operations teams; scoping and managing research projects; translating qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable recommendations; and using AI tools and analytics to accelerate research workflows. The position requires at least six years of UX research experience, strong qualitative and quantitative methodology knowledge, cross-functional independence, and expert English.
