AECOM is hiring a Design Scope Change Manager to support the B&P Tunnel Replacement (BPTR) Program and other project opportunities from its Baltimore, Maryland office. The role manages the project scope baseline, scope changes, change requests, baseline revisions, scope logs, change registers, audit trails, dashboards, reports, and coordination with engineering, design, construction, procurement, contractor, and stakeholder teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and eight years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, with infrastructure design and construction program and contract management experience preferred. US employment authorization sponsorship is not available, but relocation is an option.
