Pennylane is hiring a Design System Manager to own Purse, its design system, as a product. The role owns the system’s vision, roadmap, governance, quality standards, adoption, and evolution toward an AI-ready future; it also provides hands-on craft leadership and technical direction to Design System Designers while partnering with Design Ops and engineering.
