Description
The Design Team Lead runs the day-to-day work of Hustler Marketing's design team, overseeing email and SMS campaign design, ad images, GIFs, short video edits, and occasional landing pages. The role combines hands-on design with quality review, feedback, standards setting, workload distribution, mentoring, onboarding, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration. It is a full-time contractor position with a fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD, requiring at least five years of graphic design experience, including at least three years in email marketing design, expert Figma skills, and a strong client portfolio.
