Google is hiring a Design Team Manager for its Server Chip Design team to oversee IP, subsystem, and SoC VLSI design from architecture through production. The role manages and mentors tech leads and designers, leads RTL design activities, tracks project progress, ensures design quality, and collaborates with internal customers and multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of RTL design-cycle experience, and 8 years of execution-team management experience.
