Olsson is hiring a Design Technical Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for its industrial design team, provide senior-level design review, attend client meetings, and direct project staff on technical matters. The role may involve travel to job sites and work in varied terrain and weather conditions. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design preferred and at least 10 years of consulting experience in engineering and design. Proficiency with CAD/BIM software, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D is highly regarded.
