RedBuilt is hiring a full-time Design Technician in Chino, California, to create accurate material lists, Revit models, shop drawings, and structural calculations for commercial engineered wood products, mass timber, and prefab wall panels. The role collaborates with architects, engineers, customers, and internal teams; solves design problems; and progresses from hands-on learning to leading complex builds. Applicants need a two-year degree or certificate in engineering, architectural design, or a related field, Revit drafting and modeling experience, construction-drawing reading skills, basic trigonometry, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication.
