Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Design Verification Engineer to verify next-generation DRAM and emerging memory technologies. The role develops verification plans, test scenarios, coverage strategies, and automation solutions; debugs design and verification issues; supports coverage closure and signoff; and applies AI-assisted tools and modern automation technologies. Candidates need a bachelor's or equivalent practical experience, or a master's degree in a relevant engineering field, along with knowledge of CMOS circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, and industry-standard simulation and verification tools, plus experience developing Python, Perl, or similar automation scripts.
