Micron is hiring a DRAM Verification Engineer to define and execute DRAM verification strategies, including AI‑driven and automated methodologies. The role analyzes verification flows, partners with design and verification teams, manages requirements in JAMA, and supports verification with industry-standard tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, 0–5 years of relevant experience, digital logic and semiconductor fundamentals, familiarity with testbenches, stimulus, and debug, and experience with Linux and basic scripting or programming for automation.
