Description
The Designated Driver Trainer operates a WM vehicle on assigned routes while providing on-the-job training, coaching, observation, and mentorship to new and underperforming drivers. The role requires safe vehicle operation, compliance with safety and transportation regulations, accurate driver-training records, and strong communication. Candidates need two years of WM vehicle or equivalent military driving experience, two years of supervisory or coaching experience, a CDL Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement, and successful pre-employment screening.
